From Order to Tracking
After you place an order with Plimset, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary. We then prepare your parcel within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your parcel is handed over for delivery, we will send a follow up email with a tracking link so you can monitor progress online.

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment. In most cases, parcels arrive within 4–10 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Shipping is free, and any order related costs shown at checkout can be reviewed before payment is completed.

Carriers We Use
Plimset works with established courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes. The carrier is selected based on destination, parcel size, and logistics availability. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. You can track your order here.

Delays Outside Our Control
On occasion, delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather disruption, or seasonal volume. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please check the tracking link first. If you still need support, contact us at support@plimset.com and include your order number so we can check the latest status.

Canceling an Order
If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@plimset.com. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery Problems
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@plimset.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will review the details and share the next steps to resolve it.
