Returning an Item

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To get started, just send us an email at support@marekmoda.com with your order number and a quick explanation of why you'd like to return the item. We'll reply with the return instructions. Depending on the product, the return process may be slightly different.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received them
Returned with the original packaging whenever possible
Sent back with any tags still attached (if applicable)
Include any accessories or parts that came with the item

Once We Receive Your Return

After your return arrives, we'll inspect it to make sure it meets our return requirements. We'll then let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we'll send your refund back to your original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within 7 business days, although the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Need a different size or want to swap your item? No problem! Just let us know before sending your return back, and we'll check if a replacement is available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The good news? We never charge restocking or return processing fees.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Need to update your shipping details or cancel your order? Get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. In that case, you can always request a return once it arrives.
