We usually get orders packed and ready to ship within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once everything is ready, your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather, or other unexpected delays.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across the United States.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to appear after your package has been dispatched.
If you need to update your shipping details or cancel your order, just contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help! Once your order has started processing or has already shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Before sending anything back, simply get in touch with our support team so we can provide the return instructions. You can also find more information in our Return & Refund Policy.
Please return items in the same condition you received them. Whenever possible, include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The good news is that we never charge restocking or return processing fees.
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 7 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to post the funds.
