Requesting a Return
Plimset accepts return requests made within 30 days of delivery. Requests sent after the 30 day period cannot be processed. To request a return, email support@plimset.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to send back.

Items must be unused and returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging and tags. Please pack your parcel securely and send it using a courier service you trust. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds and Timing
When your return reaches us, we check it against the return requirements. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days from approval for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider. Plimset does not apply restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, contact support@plimset.com within the same 30 day window. Include your order number and the item you would like to exchange, plus the requested replacement item. We will confirm the next steps once we review your request.

Canceling an Order
If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@plimset.com. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery Problems
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@plimset.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will review the details and share the next steps to resolve it.
