1. When will I get my order confirmation❓
After you place an order with Plimset, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary. We then prepare your parcel within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your parcel is handed over for delivery, we will send a follow up email with a tracking link so you can monitor progress online.

2. How long does delivery usually take, and do you charge for shipping❓
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment. In most cases, parcels arrive within 4–10 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. Shipping is free, and any order related costs shown at checkout can be reviewed before payment is completed.

3. Which couriers do you use, and where can I track my parce❓
Plimset works with established courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes. The carrier is selected based on destination, parcel size, and logistics availability. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. You can track your order here.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item❓
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@plimset.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will review the details and share the next steps to resolve it.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it❓
If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@plimset.com. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. How do I start a return❓
Plimset accepts return requests made within 30 days of delivery. Requests sent after the 30 day period cannot be processed. To request a return, email support@plimset.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to send back.

8. What are the return conditions and who pays return shipping❓
Items must be unused and returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging and tags. Please pack your parcel securely and send it using a courier service you trust. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
